刷数据

把in_stock_log这张表中数据刷到purchase_specification中去。 涉及的字段：

supplier_id: 供应商id
price: 入库价格 
time: 最后入库的时间

涉及最近入库价写入purchase_specification表中的地方需要修改：

  1. InStockSheetDetailModify
    1. __spec_snap()

涉及查询最近入库价的地方需要修改：

  1. get_ref_price_by_sku_and_order_id()
  2. get_ref_price()
  3. get_all_ref_price()
  4. get_single_ref_price()
  5. filling_ref_price()

涉及到REF_PRICE_TYPE的地方都需要修改（全局搜索）。
